Waiting Lists

Ab Initio Games - Note that many games are "open-ended" games which you join by taking over an existing team - the same as real life coaches/managers do - and there's no need to wait as these are usually available immediately. Such positions are generally referred to as "standbys". 

We generally encourage players to join in standby positions to ensure a concentration of active players in existing leagues, as well as of course offering the most realistic way of joining a game - most real life managers/coaches take over a team, lock, stock and barrel, from another manager/coach.

Strategy Games

These games run all year round, generally offering an immediate startup.

Gameplan Baseball - Standbys available for all teams, all year round.

Gameplan (College) - Standbys are available for all teams, all year round.

Gameplan (NFL) - Standbys available for all teams, all year round.

Hoopplan  -  Standbys available for all teams at all times, all year round.

Raceplan - Standbys available all year round.

Run Chase - Standbys available for all counties, all year round.

Slapshot - Standbys available for all teams, all year round.

Dark Age - waiting lists open.

Stats Games

These games are seasonal, only running when the relevant leagues are running.

Gridiron Stats Retro - waiting lists are open - yes, a fantasy game when there's no sport going on!

Gridiron Stats (NFL)  - Standbys available, note that the game "hibernates" outside the NFL season (from February to August).

Play On - Standbys available, note that the game "hibernates" outside the AFL season (from October to January).

Soccer Stats - Standbys available when the Premier League (English) is playing.
